Acceptable Use Policy

Use Gentleward with care for yourself, other users, and the systems that make it available.

Do not

• break the law, violate another person’s rights, or submit content you have no right to use;
• harass, stalk, threaten, exploit, impersonate, or expose another person’s private information;
• use connections, observed check-ins, shared gardens, notifications, or API access to coerce or surveil someone;
• upload malware or harmful content, probe or bypass security, access another account, or interfere with availability;
• scrape, spam, automate abusive traffic, evade rate limits, resell access without permission, or reverse engineer except where law expressly permits;
• use Gentleward to provide emergency, diagnostic, clinical, or other regulated care without all required authority and safeguards.

Enforcement

We may remove content, revoke keys, limit traffic, suspend an account, or preserve and disclose evidence when reasonably necessary to investigate a violation, protect safety or security, or comply with law. Report abuse to hello@gentleward.com.
